This is the first of several articles on this subject.
Enter the lobby of the Moline Public Library and at one corner you’ll see the beginning of a long corridor that provides access to parking at the back of the building. This long corridor has three glass-covered insets for displaying items of interest to the public. A selection of Stacey Replinger’s art is in one of those insets..
