Mar 16 (Sat) – Update 2
Merhaba.
So today I did a few things. Started with coffee as usual. Got home from that just in the nick of time to catch Kim and her friend as they were headed out the door. They were headed out to hit a few second-hand stores. They said I could go with but I decided to stay home..
With Kim out of the house I collected five throw rugs from kitchen, bathroom, and under the dog’s water bowl. Into the washer with a touch of extra soap.

I fired up the vacuum and ran that across all the floors. I emptied it, rinsed it out, and put it away. I pulled out the Bissell and proceeded to clean carpets. Four dogs (Titania was here) helped me by jumping through the dog door countless times. In and out, tracking more cooties onto the kitchen floor. The floors were bad but not wicked bad.

I got ‘em all done, taking a break to feed the doggos, shut off the furnace, and open a few windows. It was windy today, cold front coming through. I cleaned the rug cleaner, stowed it. Checked email. Finally decided to eat something even though I wasn’t hungry in thte least. Just a buttery feeling in my gut, standard stuff these days ‘cux of Barrett’s.

Kim stepped in the door right as I was finishing lunch. She had bought a few trinkets and had lots of fun. So good to hear.

The neighbor called. Curtains and blinds for the dining room windows were inbound, installation should be done by now. I let him know that I didn’t want to commit to anything tomorrow, depends on how I feel once I’m up and movin’ around. I’ll call him at 9 am and we’ll figure things out.

I heard Dazz playing at the dept store the other day. I remember it from waaaaay back in the day. Best part of the song is the flute and bass section toward the end of the song. Cheers.
