Bots have discovered my blog and I’m not sure what to do about it.
I thought a simple math problem would be enough to trip ‘em up but apparently not. I despise Captcha. I’ve dealt with Akismet before, I don’t have the bandwidth for that not to mention that they should be paid something for use of their service..
I want it to remain easy for people to comment but I don’t want to have to play whack-a-mole with bot comments.

User accounts may work. I know it means a little extra work on your part but it’d be a one time thing. I’ll check into it. Need to find out how granular the permissions are.
